Aerial UTS Function centre has a fully equipped commercial production kitchen enabling full control over quality of food production and is accredited as a gold licensed caterer by the restaurant and catering association of NSW. This stringently assessed quality assurance program assures our clients of high levels of compliance in areas of food safety standards, industrial relations and human resource management and WHS management.
